The new standard in performance. As a leading Pickleball Paddle Manufacturer, ApexonSport builds every Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle to offer the stability and wide sweet spot your brand needs to succeed.
ApexonSport Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle: A proven standard for stability and control, built to last in mass-market play.

We heat-bond the handle and body into a single unit. This creates a solid structure that maximizes durability and completely eliminates the risk of handle snapping.
High-density foam is injected into the perimeter to strengthen the edges. This maximizes the sweet spot and provides solid stability even on off-center hits.
As the trusted standard for high-end OEM brands, our Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle delivers the reliable balance of power and pop that professional players expect. It is the consistent Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle that builds long-term trust in your brand.
Built with our specialized sandblasting and coating process. This creates a high-friction surface for exceptional spin control and a refined, professional finish.
ApexonSport has engineered our Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle lineup to balance durable thermoforming with the precise control that your customers demand. For retailers and clubs, these models represent a reliable, high-margin choice that minimizes returns and drives repeat business.
Gen 2 is a solid choice for entry-level markets, but the ApexonSport Gen 3 Pickleball Paddle is where premium growth happens. We’ve broken down the key differences to show you how our thermoformed engineering helps you scale with higher margins and fewer returns.

We don’t believe in shortcuts. Unlike standard cold-pressing, we use controlled heat and pressure to fuse the carbon fiber and honeycomb core into one solid unibody. This is how we ensure your brand gets a paddle that won’t snap or lose its pop.
1. Precision Material Cutting. We start by CNC-cutting premium carbon fiber (T700/T800) and specialized fabrics to exact dimensions. This ensures every piece fits perfectly before assembly—there is no room for error.
2. Manual Layup & Pre-forming. Our technicians follow strict internal guidelines to layer carbon sheets at specific angles. We bond and compact these materials manually to create a solid “pre-form,” ensuring the core is stable and perfectly aligned from the start.
3. Mold Prep & Thermoforming. Every cycle begins with a deep-clean of the molds to ensure no impurities or grit affect the surface. Once the pre-form is loaded, we execute the thermoforming process at 185°C and specific pressure for a full 35 minutes.
Note: We take more time than the industry average because it’s the only way to guarantee the resin fully permeates the core, creating a truly indestructible Unibody structure that won’t lose its pop.
4. Deflashing & Sandblasting. Post-molding, we manually trim resin flash and sandblast the surface. This roughens the face to ensure maximum adhesion for the final coating layers.
5. Multi-Layer Base Coating. We apply a base primer followed by a mid-coat. Between each application, the paddle undergoes baking, resting, and fine-grit grinding to create a perfectly smooth, non-porous foundation.
6. Top Coat & Polishing We use ultra-fine polishing before applying the final custom color. This results in a clean, professional finish that stands out on the shelf and holds up on the court.
7. Process QC & BOM Check. Before assembly, our QC team verifies every paddle’s structural integrity and appearance. We strictly verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate component matching for every custom order.
8. Final Assembly & Delivery Technicians apply logos, install the butt cap, and hand-wrap the grip. A Final Outgoing Inspection ensures zero defects before the paddle is packed and shipped to your warehouse.
